Order processing

In-stock items ship the same or next business day (Monday–Thursday). Made-to-order items typically ship within 2–4 weeks. If your order will take longer, we'll email you.

Shipping rates & methods

United States: flat rate $9.95, and free shipping on orders of $249 or more. USPS and UPS calculated rates are also offered at checkout if you want a different service level.

Canada: flat rate $75 at checkout.

Everywhere else: shipping outside the US or Canada? Get in touch — we'll quote actual shipping and send you an invoice.

Delivery times

Once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 2–4 business days; international transit times vary by destination. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.

International shipping

Canada is available at checkout. Orders to any other country are handled by hand — contact us with what you'd like and where you are, and we'll quote actual shipping and send you an invoice.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.
